App: Zodiac Daily: Horoscopes
Developer: Happy Dead Designs LLC
Android package: com.happydead.zodiac
Zodiac Daily gives you daily readings, sign profiles and compatibility, plus an optional Sign chat (sign lounges, zodiac matchmaking and private chats) for adults 18 and older. This policy explains what the app collects, who sees it, and how to delete it.
Sign chat only starts if you choose to join it, sign in with Google and confirm you are 18 or older. Then the app stores the following with Google Firebase:
| Information | Why | Who can see it |
|---|---|---|
| Your Google sign-in: email address, name and account ID (kept by Firebase Authentication) | To create your chat account and keep chat to real people | Only the app's administrator. Other people never see your email |
| Chat profile: the name you choose, your sign, your age, a short bio, and your 18+ confirmation | To show who wrote a lounge post and keep chat adults only | Other chat members see your name and sign on your posts |
| Lounge posts (text) | The sign lounges are group chats | Everyone signed in to Sign chat |
| Matchmaking profile (only if you turn it on): first name, age, gender, who you'd like to meet (men, women, everyone), friendship or dating, bio, the city you pick from a list and that city's map position, and your Sun, Moon and rising signs | To suggest matches and show how far away a city is | Other signed-in adults who have matchmaking turned on |
| Likes and matches | A private chat only opens when you both said yes | You and the other person |
| Private chat messages (text) | One-to-one chat with a match | Only the two people in the chat (and the administrator if one of you reports it) |
| Your block list | So blocked people can't like you, message you or match with you | Only you (and the administrator). The blocked person isn't told |
| Reports you make: who you reported, the reason, your optional note and which post, profile or chat | So the administrator can review misuse and keep people safe | Only the administrator. The person you report is never told who reported them |
The app does not use your phone's location (it has no location permission), and Sign chat has no photos, videos or file sharing: it is text only. The app has no ads (ever), no analytics and no advertising ID.
Your chat data is kept until you delete it (below), or until we remove content or an account that breaks the community rules. Unmatching deletes the private chat for both people. Reports are kept for safety, and when an account is banned we keep its account ID so it can't make a new chat profile.
We do not sell or rent your information, show ads, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. Data is stored with Google Firebase (Google LLC), which runs the app's sign-in and database. We may disclose information if required by law, and we report apparent child sexual abuse material or child exploitation to NCMEC, as US law requires (see our child safety standards).
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest by Google Firebase. Database security rules limit each piece of information to the people listed above, and nobody can change anyone else's data.
In the app: Chat → Chats → Delete my chat data. That permanently deletes your chat profile, your matchmaking profile, every lounge post you wrote, your likes, your matches and private chats (for both people), your block list, and then your chat sign-in account (Firebase may ask you to have signed in recently for this last step). Reports already filed stay, for safety.
Without the app, or if anything is left over, email happydead313@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the Google account you used, and we will delete it.
Your readings data lives only on your phone: use "Start over" in Settings, or uninstall the app.
Readings are for everyone, but Sign chat is for adults 18 and older only. The app works out your age from the birthday on your phone and keeps Sign chat closed under 18, and our servers refuse chat profiles without an 18+ confirmation. Accounts that appear to belong to someone under 18 are removed. Our child safety standards say what is never allowed, how to report a concern, and what we do about it.
Zodiac Daily is a paid download (the price is set in Google Play). There are no in-app purchases and no subscription. Google Play handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details.
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
